LOL...are you kidding? I barely run anything on the phone at all. A 20 minute phone call is good for a quarter to a third of the battery (2nd phone and 2nd battery). Bought a copy of Robo Defense and can't even play it unless I am plugged into a nuclear power plant.

Killing the battery with an app that kills apps that kill the battery by running in the background? You better take that one up with literally every...and that has been a gang of 'em in the last 2 weeks...Verizon CS and Tech rep I have spoken with.

I did find a fix for the disappearing screen...I carry around an umbrella.

My guess is Verizon is gonna bail on this phone just like they did with the LG Dare and everyone is gonna be sittin' around with their phone in their hand wondering where they got off to. That's just my guess because I was one of the Dare suckers and my cell phone BS-O-Meter got finely honed in that hosing. This whole "open source" system that everyone bought into isn't very open source at all, as it is turning out...but it could be. Problem is, that grip on the purse strings is the shot caller. If it wasn't, all of us smartphone owners would have properly equipped devices that would make it at least bear some sort of vague resemblance to the devices that were actually worth the money they lead us to believe they are worth. This is razor economics...Gillette will give you the fancy handles, but you have to pay 20 bucks for the blades.

These posts are actually funny. There are solutions to all of your posted issues (actually, a couple sound like you just have an issue with your particular phone) and I am not talking about not running apps or shutting something down. Personally I think this is a troll post, but that is just me. You are funny though...I will give you that. But hey...at least you get your info from the reliable CS and Tech support LMAO.
