Ice Cream Sandwich on my Verizon HTC Incredible 2

I got the OTA on 1/9/12, the Status area states that the Name: HTC_ADR6350_5.10.605.9_4.08.605.3. The Android Version is 2.3.4, HTC Sense version 2.1 Software number: 5.10.605.3.

It did a reboot and I was expecting to see the "new" home screen. As of this post I don't see anything different from before.

What new features am I supposed to be seeing or what if any changes are there?

What you got was the latest version of Gingerbread, not ice cream sandwich. 2.3.4 is Gingerbread. 4.0.8 is something else, the software version I believe.

Perhaps you will see a new feature for this release. A memory leak. I've searched for a resolution and as yet there is none. As memory is consumed, auto sync of other apps are disabled. If you don't yet have a memory leak, disable the stock mail app and use another email app, like google's gmail app. My leak is upto 750MB. Sucks.
