Good friend from college being interviewed on Fox News right now

Jamie Murphy is one of my classmates from The Citadel and was in my company. We just saw him before he deployed last year. Today he's being interviewed on Fox News about the Kabul hotel bombing. Way cool seeing him interviewed on here.

A friend and Co-worker's son is over in Afghanistan, not a great place to be, and now it's 115-120 deg, yikes...

A friend and Co-worker's son is over in Afghanistan, not a great place to be, and now it's 115-120 deg, yikes...

Another friend from school just left with the Army for Afghanistan last week. He was out of the Army entirely for six and a half years, completely inactive, before Iraq. One day they called him back out of the blue and told him he had two months to get in shape and get to Fort Bragg. Now he gets deployed every 15 to 18 months (in between his tours). Iraq twice, Afghanistan now. I don't like it this time that he said he hoped the third time wasn't the charm.
