That's a nice looking tablet. A little smaller than I would prefer as far as the screen goes, but they are moving in the right direction. Next, can't wait to see the battery life they pull out of them. It's nice to see competition to keep them both honest.

I agree. A little smaller, but I like that more companies are going this route (android tablet route that is). Only good stuff for us end users...

Hey...how is everything working out with your Ipad? I am really considering getting a tablet but just not sure.

Still absolutely loving the iPad. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Battery life still has me floored. Can pull 10 hours easily, more if I'm not playing on the net as much. Tethering to the phone is working absolutely awesome and getting better and better at typing on it. Working on the book on it is a breeze. By far one of my best investments. The tablets are definitely the route of the future.

Nice. What all do you use it for? I guess is it more of a browser, book reader, email type device or can you do more things. I am not tablet-savvy like you so I have to drill ya on it :-)

Dang...I didn't catch the price. I can't see that as being competitive with the Ipad.

Seems like they had a ARCHOS topic on Droid forums and there was concern about the touch screen type. I may be wrong on it being the ARCHOS, but it just rings a bell.

yeah the touch screens used to be an issue with ARCHOS but they just came out with a new lineup of tablets, most of which (if not all) have capacitive touch screens (require softer touch. same as the touch screen on the dinc)

i don't own a tablet currently but i'm diving into the research hoping to find a great one by the holidays. There are a LOT of tablets coming out from now until the holidays.
