    I think it is only the beginning to a dual core 2 ghz snapdragon chip. The problem they are probably facing is keeping it cool.

    Keeping it cool, and providing battery power. Hopefully there might be new battery technology coming down the line for these higher powered processors.

    Yea that battery tech is needed in the real world now. You know the government, military and private sector has something better by now.

    That because the government can afford to test thing like that and not worry about being sued. If htc put a battery made by some company; and 1999 phones use it with out a problem. It will take one to blow up in someones hand to turn it into a media nightmare. Especially if it wind up being some 12 year old kid. They have to ensure that even if it fail it does not harm anyone., and rightfully so.
