What is the interest in nightly builds, I'm guessing that they're possibly going to be somewhat glitchy, or I may be totally wrong. I was watching the CM nightly builds and they seemed to have huge issues at times...

Nightly builds could be fixing bugs or adding new features... Here's the changelog

Apparently ABC news said Samsung must pay Apple $1 Billion

Yup Samsung lost big time today. A billion is nothing to Apple but it does set a precedent and Apple was awarded damages on basically all devices on the suit. Samsung's countersuit was basically thrown out.
