    Yes. She really doesn't need them, I've got them set way up, but she is convinced she isn't ready. A 6 hour ride on blacktop and sidewalks is much more fun than one on trails with an extra 38 pound child in her child seat, especially when the one in her child seat gets tired and grumpy a few miles from the truck. We are working on some stuff so we can go on long distance rides at a few parks that are all off road. Victoria, my mountain biker buddy when she was little, was 5 the first time I took her to Pocahontas and Battlefield and by the time she was 7 was going on all day rides with me., even asked for a dual suspension bike the Christmas before. Now, at 17,I couldn't pay her enough to do that but I understand, remember being a teen with a drivers license and job
