Got some nice news last night, I was able to get 40% off our hotel stay at Walt Disney World thanks to my friend who is an employee. To top it off, he's also getting us into the parks for free.

Dude, that's the equivalent of winning the lottery! About the same monetarily with how expensive that usually is! Congrats!

Yeah, the backup plan was crashing at Tweebs house

Last piece is to get a good deal on airfare. Hopefully oil prices come down. Trip is not until Oct so I have lots of time to shop fares.

The closer to Nov the lower they'll (gasoline at the pump) get.
I'll have to remember where I saw it to link it but I read earlier today the number of eligible Americans working full time is only 63+%, the lowest number since 1981, making the true unemployment rate at just under 37% if you add in those that gave up looking.

LOL! Which parks are you going in October? Around that time is the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot. We usually like to do that. And if you REALLY like food and drinks, check out Party for the Senses. It's $$$ but it is very nice and you should experience that at least once...

I heard about the Food & Wine festival, we should be there during that time. Let me know if you go in late October and want to meet up. What is the Party for the Senses? Sounds interesting but I've never heard of it. Saving a ton on hotel and tickets so we can splurge on some stuff.

Hitting the 4 major Disney parks and the 2 at Universal. Probably skip Seaworld.
