    My acid reflux resulted in surgery but that was 20 years ago, there are better meds now, Nexium etc, and you have to watch your spicy and Alcohol intake. Glad you are doing well.

    Finally getting a second to breathe today. Started the morning with a run in the rain. Hadn't done that since college. And sure enough, it stopped raining as soon as we got back. Par for the course, but it was actually a nice change. I liked it more than I thought.

    Organized my sample folders on the computer, caught up on emails now back to some plans again.

    Oh this day is not going by fast enough. I was very tempted to not drive to the office after the doctor's visit this morning!
