Well I have been lurking here in the back ground for a whole year. So I suppose it is time to say HI. I got my incredible 16 months ago and have been very happy with it. The only thing I've done is buy an extended battery for it since I carry mail for a living and am not near power for the entire day. On a recent trip to northern Utah we used the phone for three days (using gps and web) before I had to plug it in. Very impressive life from the extended batteries.
