Hi To Everyone Reading this
I joined last year but this is my first post. I'm kinda the quiet type
I do need some help though. I have hunted and hunted for a resolve to the sms 34 error. There have been different forums with lots of talk but no answers. A few suggested that this app or that app might have caused it, but I don't and have never had the apps they are refering to. I have done no changes, not downloaded any new apps, but now I can only send two or three lines of text. It either won't sent with the pop up that says sms didn't send "try again" or "cancel". I keep pushing "try again" still nothing. Part of the time it comes up with sms error 34. I love my incredible, please help me so this doesn't turn in to a love/hate relationship. If I missed the thread I'm sorry. Been searchig this site for 3 hours

When is the last time you did a dial *228, option 2?
Have you contacted Verizon over this?
More times than not it's a Verizon or weak signal issue so I'd go that route if the *228 update doesn't help

I have an Incredible but I'm not with Verizon so I don't think I can dial 228/2. I think it has something to with the message not being split. I can't remember all the name,s but one place I was reading said the message goes from my phone to a middle place that splits message from the first 160 letters and sends it as two text messages to the receivers phone.(or something like that). If I take the same message that won't send and split it in two myself, it will send. It has worked right for a long time, but now, well, just frustrating.
