I tried to put a new rom( Android Revolution HD™ 1.1.9) on it. Then I installed and reboot. When I did reboot the screen sticks with the HTC letters.
So can somebody help me ?

Can you do a factory reset? Could you also go through your flashing procedure real quick too?

If I do factory reset the screen stick with the htc letters. first I did s-off with the revolutionary tool from alpharev, and then I did recovery and wipe everything and at last i installed Android Revolution HD™ 1.1.9.

I tried to install a ruu (http://cmw.22aaf3.com/vivo/radio/20....03/PG32IMG.zip), and he asked me to updat i did yes. But when I must reboot he stay stuck add the HTC screen.

This appears to the a link to the radio not the RUU.
There is a collection of RUUs here for the Incredible S, [ROMs]Incredible S Shipped ROMs Collection - xda-developers, be sure to download and flash the right one for your carrier.
Ok thanks for your quick response, I will try it out.

Just curious, after installing the ROM, how long did you let it sit at the HTC screen?
