Titanium Backup error

Just downloaded titanium backup, but im getting this error message "sorrry, i could not acquire root privileges. this application will *not* work! please verify that your ROM is rooted and includes BusyBox, and try again."

What does this mean.

Hit the Problems? button, allow it to download BusyBox, and you're good to go.

Do you just back up apps or everything on the phone?

I've been advised to only use Titanium to back-up apps...use ROM Manager or run a Nandroid back-up for your system IRC.

Only back up apps and application data. Never system data.

And is there a batch mode to back up multiple apps at once
