Gingerbread ROM(s)

SO I've been doing some searching here for a couple days and am still unsure which Gingerbread roms are the best and most stable? Last I heard there were camera issues and GPS issues, but everything else seemed to work. How about MMS?

Is this still the case? If not, which ROM has it fixed (CM7 RC2, Fusion, etc)?

There is no "best" -- each G/B ROM is very much still a work in process. I'm running MIUI 1.3.25, other CM7...

That's about what I thought. I know CM7 is close though. Any place with a short list that shows what isn't working correctly for each of the GB roms?

Im running cm7 rc1 and the new inkredikernel. Best set up ive had so far. Fast, stable, and very very few FC's. I'm getting quadrant scores around 1550 on a good run.

and as for your question on the list The Incredible List. It has a list of most if not all roms for the incredible and a separate section for gingerbread.

I have tried all GB ROMS over the last 5 days. Evervolv, CM7, OMGB, etc.
All had significant issues on my DINC. CM7 always ended in bootloops.
Evervolv and OMGB and others installed fine, but when I tried to reinstall apps with Titanium, the phone would reboot.
When I tried to reinstall apps with the market, same result.

MIUI 1.4.1 Beta 6 is different. Everything works!

jpr, have they got the scrolling lag taken care of on 1.4.1? I just downloaded that one and was going to install it tonight. Everything looking good?

And what version of CWM are you running? I thought I saw a few people thinking different versions of CWM could cause installation issues. Just wanted to make sure before flashing it.

I've had MIUI 1.4.1b6 since it came out, but hell, that's a day and a half, hardly enough to be making any big pronouncements. FMRadio is still missing, otherwise so far no problems, and just as battery-miserly as other recent MIUI releases.

I've been on CWM 3.0.0.8 ever since it showed up; despite Nils' repeated recommendation to use 3.0.0.7, I've had no trouble using 3.0.0.8 with any MIUI ROMs nor with any of Nils' own ROMs..

The lag I had was after loading all of the apps, it would start to drag about five screens in, kinda like a stutter. I always drop back in the number of screens when it is all organized but it was a pain getting it set up right.

Think I'm going to give this one a shot.

Oh, and you're right, the battery life is insane.
