Help w/ROM Installation
So being a newb to ROM flashing on Android phones, I require the assistance of this awesome community.
I've got my phone rooted, have SuperUser and downloaded both ROMManager and the latest Cyanogen build (the test one according to ROMManager).
My question is, how do I flash my phone with the cyanogen rom?
Thanks for your help folks!

just open rom manager, ensure you have clockworkmod installed (top of rommanager app) make sure to backup current rom, it will reboot into recovery (clockworkmod) and backup automatically with a timestamp. Then you can go into rommanager and select install rom from sd card and just go to clockworkmod/downloads/.../yourrom.zip and it will reboot into recovery and install (i think using nandroid) and wipe and install for you all automatically. Then make sure to install zip package of google apps stuff from within nandroid. Then you can click reboot and you should be loaded into new OS. If you need to revert, either install rommanager and click install from SD, or turn off the phone and hold volume down and power until it boots into the loader, then go to recovery and then to nandroid and select restore then point it to your backup you created with the correct timestamp.

I don't see anything concerning Nandroid in the entire process. A lot of times, when launching a ROM installation process from Rommanager (Have done a back up via clockworldmod), It reboots, then I get a ? above a phone icon. Then it reboots back. I've also tried with the unrevoked 2 flash tool (following the steps correctly) with no avail. What step am I missing? LOL Absolutely, would love! to get my phone onto the Cyanogen Mod.
I did notice that it gives me the green loading bar with the rotating arrows but the quickly switches to the icon mentioned above^^^. Going to delete the current version of Cyanogen currently on the SD card, then retry. Will post results.
**UPDATE**
So it appears that the Revoked 2 tool never completely finished "installing". So I've rerun it. Also, currently running an nAndroid backup. Afterwards I will try flashing again. Either way I think it'll be good for me to have this much trouble. Maybe it'll help others
***FINAL***
So redoing the the Unrevoked 2 tool and then redownloading the Cyanogen mod did the trick. Currently running Cyanogen. Looks good. Going to further play around and go from there.
