Hey guys,
I know ICS is still brand new but I was wondering if anyone knows of any ICS Roms or roms in the works. Thanks for any info available, I'm interested in seeing it in action.
have a nice night!

There's at least one port of ICS to the DInc, probably still a bit rough. Google doesn't turn it up for you?
Google pops up 1 sense based ICS Rom but the sites listing it aren't sure if it's just a theme based ICS or if it's a true port.

Update: Upon further reading it is just a theme and keyboard along with couple of other tweaks on top of gingerbread.

Well, didn't your Gggole search lead you to [ROM][ICS][4.0.3][1-11-12][WIP] ics-deck-inc [alpha5] - xda-developers Sure sounds like a ROM to me.
I didn't see that one in my google search the one I found was Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for Droid Incredible [How to] [Custom ROM] right here where they later state that it is a theme on top of gingerbread. I'll check your link out, thanks for the leads!

There's this one. I use AOKP on my Galaxy Nexus, and it is pretty awesome. I'm installing it on my old DInc as we speak, sort of as a test run to see if it's good enough to run as a daily driver on my wife's DInc. I'll post back with results.
UPDATE: Up and running, so far so good. Not as snappy as on my GNex, but very smooth nonetheless. Don't think I'll be going back to a GB ROM. Even though I have a GNex, I still use my DInc from time to time as a camera/mp3 player, etc. Keeping it around for a while as a standby. I'll always have a special place in my heart for my DInc, and now with ICS, I'll be keeping it round even longer!

No, AOKP is a ROM project, just like CM, SkyRaider, etc. AOKP is a family of ROM's that spans just a handful devices (and is, thankfully, now on the Incredible), but each device has a single development threat consisting of stable releases (milestones) and intermediate releases (builds), much like CM has always done with SR's and nightlies. So for the Nexus, there is AOKP M3 (milestone 3), and then follow-on intermediate builds (b22 and b23). It looks like AOKP didn't hit the DInc until b22.
I'm using M3, as I just don't have the time lately to flash intermediate builds. I was a total CM7 nightlies slut on my DInc not too long ago. Battery life wasn't spectacular, but it wasn't shabby on the stock kernel with AOKP. I've since flashed FrancoKernel, and I can now easily go all day with moderate usage in poor coverage areas. I have no complaints in that department at the moment. Stability is rock solid. No issues.
I love my GNex and AOKP, and I am super stoked now that I can put a solid ICS build on my DInc. Like I said before, I still like to use it for certain things, and I'm holding onto as a standby phone.
