Losing My Custome Ringtones and Album Art

Is anyone experiencing this problem: shortly after setting up custome ring tones from my mp3's, they are lost, and the phone resets to a default ring tone. I look in the list of ring tones, and all my customs which were listed are gone. I'm also having the same issue with album art. I download them using either album art wizard or album art grabber, and after less than a day the artwork is gone -- usually after the phone is turned off and back on. I don't think the two are unrelated. thx!

Folders on sdcard must match internal system folders on phone. you should have an alarms, notifications, ringtones, and ui folder if you would like to use any custom sounds on your phone. Use a file manager (Astro File Manager) to create these or do it via computer. I to had this problem before I set up the folders on my sdcard to match the system folders.

so basically create a new folder on your sd card and then copy?

the new folder must have those exact names (alarms, notifications, ringtones, and ui) and yes drag and drop your files into the corresponding folder.
