    Invalid Command argument

    I have a rooted driod that I had tried installing a new mod on, the cyanogenmod 7. Something went wrong and it gets stuck on the boot screen for the mod. I went to try and restore my phone but it doesnt want to do anything other than show the Clockwork icon in the middle of the screen. The only message I am able to get is E:Invalid command argument. I have seen a few things about reflashing but I have no clue how to do this. Please help

    I figured out what i was doing wrong and all I have to say is i'm an idiot, i got it working again. Thank you all if you have read my post.
