This would be why I hired them all. Nice work people.

Hopefully this thread isn't closed... I'm having the same issue as the OP except that when I enter HRoot it says S-On rather than off. I have followed all the steps outlined here but even after installing PB31IMG I still get the 5 vibrates followed by an endless blinking green. After many searches this is the only thread I have found with any positive results, I would be eternally grateful to anyone willing to help me further....

Was your phone ever rooted?

I just tried rooting it last night for the first time which evidently was a big mistake, right now I can get it to boot stock froyo if i boot it while connected to my computer, otherwise it goes right into the 5 vibrates and green flash of death. When connected as a disk drive, device manager shows it under ports as "HTC Diagnostic Interface (COM4)" and also under USB Controllers as "USB Mass Storage Device." The only real fix I have found through searching is a refurb but I am really hoping to avoid that as this device as worked flawlessly since last April until last night when I had to go messin around with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
