I think I bricked my phone.. please help.

I rooted the phone and flashed cm6 rom and the invisiblek #18 and tried to flash gapps because the cm6 apparently did not have it. I am now completely stuck on the boot up screen where I see htc incredible screen and shortly black line appears at the top and then it goes into black screen with two white bars on the sides of the phone and it's stuck there. I only can access the hboot screen by holding the power and volume down button. If I choose options such as factory reset, or recovery same thing happens again: htc incredible screen, black bar appears up top, and then black screen with two white bars..

Please help me.

never mind. I took Doug's advise and reflashed the PB31IMG through hboot and it's working now.. Thank you so much!! Saved my day.

sorry.. there is another problem. After reflashing PB31IMG through hboot I was able to get back to the factory setting for my phone. When I try to access recovery though, it shows a screen where my phone is in the center and there is red exclamation point and it's not letting me get to the recovery screen. Plus, even though I have s-off when I look through my applications I do not see the superuser access icon...

Could anyone please help?

The PB31IMG put the stock recovery on your phone, you need to flash clockwork recovery again. Grab the file from here: Inc. Recoveries | doug piston

Edit: Make sure you delete the old PB31IMG off your SD card before putting the new one on to avoid confusion
