Problems Answering Calls

I am having problems pulling down the answer bar whan a call come in or just touching the answer button when screen is not locked.
Anyone have any ideas

Sky Raider 3.5 Sense (Also had the same with CY 6.1)

Is this happening while the phone is in a cradle or in your hand?? If it's while in a cradle it's a known grounding issue with the Incredible which I don't think has been resolved, if it's in your hand then I don't know....

Do you have a silicone case by any chance?

yes I do have a silicone case on it

When you hold the phone, as a test, try to put another finger or thumb on the screen, the side or a button and see if that helps or does nothing.... I'm thinking you might still have the grounding issue if your not touching the phone elsewhere except by the case.

thanks but seeing the dates most all were from May and I am thinking those phones were 002's mind is a 003 different screen make up. phone is only just over a month old will maybe someone will see this and have a idea thanks for the help

Since you're not getting any responses, may I suggest you flash on a different ROM to see if you will have the same problem? There are a few of us here running Redemption, we could possibly help you narrow down the problem, if we run similar setup. Just a thought...
