HTC Droid Incredible Stuck in Boot Loop

Jan 30th dropped phone in water and then turned it on. It would boot all the way up but was in safe mode. Then i turned it off took it home and put in rice for 3 days. Opened turned it on and it would boot all the way up to the droid eye and would say Droid on the speaker then start looping to this point. I then tried to reset to factory settings and it locked requiring battery pull. Now it will only boot to HTC Incredible screen and then power off after a minute or so and then repeat.

HBoot Screen Has following information on it.

Can access Hboot and Android System Recovery 3e.

Cannot flash from SD Card in hboot. It will start GB stock recovery then gets stuck a 1/4 of the way through.
Cannot Hard reset hangs with down arrow surrounded with arrows.

When entering Recovery screen pops up and says e: cannot mount /cache recovery/command.

Tried HTC recovery said successful load but still stuck in loop.

Would like to recover phone any ideas.

You might just be out of luck. My Inc met its demise after being doused with water. The fact that it will boot up part way is somewhat encouraging but not very if it's looping and won't boot all the way.
