HTC Incredible Charge Port Failed

Hello

I am a new owner of a HTC Incredible and when I received the phone (USED) it looked and worked very well until I tried to use the USB to connect to PC. everytime I connect to the PC it says the USB has malfunctioned and will not take any of the drivers I have downloaded for this phone. The phone itself does not even recognise it was plugged into the PC. I tried many settings on the phone and also rebooted into the bootloader were it does the same thing. I have tried 3 USB cables and 4 different PCs with same result on each. It will still charge but you have to wiggle to start the charging. The previous owner said he had never used it in a PC just the standard outlet charger.

The advice I am getting is the charge port will need to be replaced. Is there anyone on the forums that does services to phones that would change this out for me or knows of a good service that would do this? I will gladly pay to have this fixed! I really enjoy this phone and its alot faster than my OG droid!
