    HTC Incredible - Will not go past the initial White HTC Incredible screen - Help!!!

    I have a HTC Incredible which will not power on past the initial White HTC Incredible screen. I have tried several things including trying to install PB31IMG from the SD card. I have had no luck. Please help.

    The phone was stock when the issue started. I am not sure what the status is now after I have tried several steps found on several sites. I apologize for not having much information. I don't have any clue about the technical specifications.

    I was able to gather some information from the HBOOT screen.

    INCREDIBLEC XC SHIP S-ON
