email not loading properly

    email not loading properly

    I posted this in one of the forums, 70 view 0 replies. I did just start the process on Saturday, but not sure where else to turn so I thought I would give you a try. Thanks for the help

    I have experienced certain email messages start to open, then go to a blank screen and then back to the email list. Frustrating in that my IT folks at work are unable to solve issue, Verizon no help. I have been using activesync. It does not happen to all emails only certain one. I have removed the account and reinstalled and I also tried using a different exchange application and still certain emails are unreadable. Any suggestions?

    you're using the native e-mail app or something like Touchdown?

    I was using the activesync that came with phone. The verizon rep load soemthing call just "exchange" and tried that and still no luck

    just tried touchdown and still having the same issue with certain emails.
