I have experienced certain email messages start to open, then go to a blank screen and then back to the email list. Frustrating in that my IT folks at work are unable to solve issue, Verizon no help. I have been using activesync. It does not happen to all emails only certain one. I have removed the account and reinstalled and I also tried using a different exchange application and still certain emails are unreadable. Any suggestions?
