    Help! Gmail not working and neither is Android Market app HTC Incredible 2

    MyHTC Incredible 2. Then the next day I tried to open the Market App and it says, "You must add an account to the device to continue." It gives me the option to click "Yes" or "No", but nothing happens regardless of which one I pick. I tried to open Gmail and it quickly flashes message that said, "This account is not configured to sync automatically." I went in to Accounts to Sync, but it is not there. I've added the account, but it still doesn't work. I can access it through the Mail folder, but it's not the same as it was before ( and Market still doesn't work)

    I am experiencing the same exact problem on the same phone. Ugh! VZW told me to Factory Reset, which I'm not yet ready to do. Any suggestions?

    I eventually gave up and did the Factory reset. It wasn't really that bad. Luckily I didn't have any paid apps. I tried to put my apps on my sd card. They were showing on card when I looked at the application screen in settings, but when the reset was done and I put my card back in they were not there. It took me about 45 minutes to set my phone back up the way I like. It's ridiculous that this keeps happening to people, but I guess the companies really don't give a crap.
