Save me!!!

Okay, I was trying to download a new ROM for my phone and I've backup everything on Ti backup as well as on my SD card. It wipe everything out and started to install the new ROM but then it got stuck in the HTC Incredible screen and never changed. After about 30mins of this I took the battery out and tried to re-install my old ROM but it wouldn't pull it up from the SD CARD at all. I was able to get into the HBoot screen and select recovery and choose which option I wanted from ClockWorkrecovery screen but it just didn't do anything!!! So I do my research and found out I could install the Old ROM that was on the phone, I just needed to download it on to my micro SD CARD but I didn't want to lose everything on the other one so I got a new one and reformatted it to FAT32 on my computer and download the PB31IMG.zip file and it keeps saying no images when it was loading???? Please tell me that I didn't break or (brick) my incredible because I could really, really, cry if I did!!! Please help me save my Droid Incredible from a uncertain and painful for me death!

P.S. I can use the joystick to select what were I want to go if I want to pull from the SDCARD or apply sdcard update, yet its not doing anything and even when I download the PB31img.zip it says can't open bad installation aborted. I have the incredible ad6300 with the 2.2 version.

Okay I think I just restored all my data now, I'm not sure but we shall see!!!! Keep your fingers cross

It work!!!! Everything is back and I'm good to go whew!!! Only took me like 5 hours to do it lol.
