    Stuck in boot loop,WSD

I am a newbie so forgive my ignorance but i just bought an Incredible 2nd hand it was a new cpo phone it still had the tape on the camera and flash anyway got it all set up through Verizon it worked great for about 30min then went to the WSD. You can pull the battery and sometimes it will go into the loop and get all the way to the home screen sometimes not i even got it to stay on for about 4 hours untill it started again. If i get it to the Hboot screen it says it goes through a check that says something about no image or wrong image at the top is Incredible XC SHIP S-ON H-BOOT-0.92.0000 MICROP-0417

Perhaps I am a little rusty on my acronyms, what is WSD?

Was this a refurbished phone purchased through Verizon (you mentioned tape on the camera) or through a third-party?

Bought from an idividual. He has just recieved as a replacement. It was in plastic with a CPO sticker on it. I can get it to sometimes get all the way to the home screen but when it says prepairing phone storage it will just start back in the loop. I got it to come all the way back up today but I couldn't use it. When I tried to make a call verizon said it couldn't validate the phone so when i went back through the programing and it went to reboot it just started cycling.

I think you were sold a bad phone. This would be a problem that I would take to Verizon, but since you got it 2nd hand, that's probably not an option.
