Cannot install latest update 4.08.605.2

Ok ive had the INCREDIBLE since its release and just recieved the notification of this update. So i click install now and i get the countdown from 10 to 0. that is as far as it goes, just sits there saying waiting to reboot and does nothing. Not DL anything or rebooting.
So i power off remove batt and power back on, now i cannot locate the update to try it again!!?
Where do i find the update at on my phone to try it again? and why is it not doing what its supposed to? its not rooted and have no other errors except the low memory icon.
any ideas?
Oh i also went to about phone and click the system update and it says its up to date when its not, its still on the 4.06.605.3.
