Video in internet app stopped working

I have a stock HTC incredible 1, I picked up my phone 2 days ago and noticed that it was going through its boot up process which is not abnormal, it seems to do that once a week or so. However, after it finished I noticed that about 75% of my apps were missing, I had to re-download them through the market and amazon appstore. I think it was only the apps that I had saved to my sd card. Now whenever I try to play any kind of video with the browser, the video will not play, this includes radar maps and anything that "moves". It will load the video to the first frame but then just will not go on from there. Any ideas? Thanks!

Try moving your apps from the SD card back to the phone.

Any particular apps? All of them? The only apps I have saved to my sd card are games I have downloaded, and I am constantly fighting the "phone storage space low" icon, even though I have 75% of both phone space and sd space available. Thanks

If the videos were the only issue I'd say it was probably the card reader built into the phone but since data has erased I'm thinking the card is the culprit
