Rooting issue - Stuck "HTC Incredible" screen

Right now the only thing I can think of is to try to undo what unrevoked did, download a new copy of unrevoked straight from their site, and then try again to see if you get different results. I rooted a couple nights ago and I followed the walkthrough on this site. It worked perfectly but it sounds to me like you followed the same or similar steps.

Thanks for trying. I downloaded a fresh copy of Unrevoked before and it didn't change anything.

The file should be renamed to PB31IMG not PD31IMG.

Are you able to boot to Hboot? Also, where did you get your recovery file? Link to it?

Looks to me like you aren't the only person with this issue. Might be a bug in unrevoked that is hit and miss. used Unrevoked and now stuck at "HTC incrdible" (white screen) PLEASE HELP!

I am able to get into Hboot. I'm sorry about the typo, it is indeed PB31IMG. The one I used to bring it to stock was from this site (give me a second to look for the link). I (unsuccessfully) tried to use this file for the CM PB31IMG.

I just let unrevoked give it another shot, and it currently is saying s-on. Which is interesting, because when you turn the phone on, you give apps like ROM Manager superuser permissions.

Guess I need another way to s-off without using Unrevoked?
