    i need to unroot but my data port doesn't work

    i can't charge or mount my DInc2 because the port isn't working. i need to unroot my phone to take back to Best Buy. what can i do? thanks.

    when i plug it in, nothing happens. i might get lucky and it will connect for a second or two, and then disconnect. i've tried 2 car chargers, 2 home chargers and my lap top. it will now connect.

    Just take it in to Verizon and show them the malfunction before even booting up the phone. Once they see the charge light isn't lit, I should think they'd offer a replacement on the spot.
