Right, but they didn't update the Droid Eris and it wasn't even as old as the original Droid, maybe that's what razor meant?

I think the Eris was abandoned too soon myself. My nephew has one and though it's no Inc it's not a bad product at all .
I believe the Inc is why they abandoned the Eris but I may be wrong

They are coming out with the merge, but the Inc is still better than it.

Did HTC make the nexus one? And then google just distributed it.

it took long enough for froyo to come to the incredible. It was out for a while before it finally was piped in through an OTA. Don't get me wrong I'm all for getting new android flavors but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Gd Evnin Elis, what issue are you referring to with wireless and the android concerning Enterprise... I have both, the INC and a Blackberry, I really only use the BBRY for the phone because it's free Possibly I've been missing and issue that I should be aware of...

To try and guess the update release dates is something I used to keep up with, then I realized it was pointless. I think the Incredible will get 2.3 after just as long a wait as Eris users had to wait for 2.1(ie 10months+). Incredible users can realistically expect to get gingerbread about june 2010 if not later. thats my humble opinion. Big red has to test the new os's up the ass before they release it ota. Thats the whole reason I got into rooting and overclocking. You can have a new phone everyday lol

Jumping the gun here, fellas. Gingerbread isn't available in any ROMs yet so no need to worry about how/ if to download it onto your phone for a while.
