Update will not install

I have been notified 4 different times that the update is available and to boot my phone. When I press "okay" to re-boot, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

You posted in two different Sections of this Forum. Given that the traffic here hasn't reached 20 per day for some months now, I think most people probably read everything, so you hit the same set of eyeballs twice
