SOLVED! - Update 4.08.605.2 Won't Reboot to Install

Ive tried it several times and still getting the not enough space error. I have 532mb of phone memory available, and plenty on the phone itself.

I have been debating whether or not to FR again. After the first time I had a few glitchy issues, more then the ones I was having after the update. I figured if this allowed me to do something without the pain of a FR then I would try it. I haven't had time to really get into it, but the first thing I noticed is that I didn't get the warning that not all of my GPS features were turned off. If it lasts I'll be happy.

Its in the app data. What i did was moved some apps to my sd card that had a lot of app data. Like my browser has only 92 kb app size but another 14 mb of app data. Its the same thing that causes the low memory error warning that just shows up for no reason.
Google+, Super Why and a couple of others freed up enough for mine to finally work
