Problem Since 2.2 ...

i see many similar post on here but none really askin my question ...
Since my Incredible S updated to 2.2 i ma now unable to set a custom alert for notifications .. they are on the phone , in the right place , in format that was workin all ok.. right up to the update ... is it a known bug or is it me ??

really happy with everything else , but i just like to have my own personal alerts ..

i dont wanna use different things for texts etc .. i like my phone to be 'stock' as it were and it all worked before the bloody update so it should all work now ....

any help and advice appreciated .. Whit
