UPDATE: I had this problem with my 2010 Chevy Equinox as well. I paired it fine the first time, and had to unpair it at one point. When I tried to re-pair it, I had the same issue. I got nowhere with HTC tech support (as expected), but I tried what kicko suggested above. I had a Motorola H700 headset and tried pairing/unpairing. Everything worked fine no matter how many times I tried. Just out of curiosity, I tried doing it again in the Equinox and Voila! It works again!
SUMMARY: If you run into this problem, pair to another device and then try pairing with your vehicle again. I did NOT have to do a hard (or soft) reset.
Hope this helps someone!

Glad you got it to work. I have the 2010 Equinox as well and have not had any issues. I have paired and unpaired a few times. Must be just one of things that happens....fingers crossed here.

Do you have more than one phone paired with the Equinox? The Incredible was the third phone I had paired with it. I actually only unpaired the phone because my wife made fun of me. I usually use the phone's model for the voice tag (Versa, enV, etc) and she said it sounded really lame to call a phone "Incredible". That's what I get for giving in...

LOL. No, I only have it paired in my vehicle. I also used "incredible" as my spoken reference ;-)

The solution I found when my phone wont pair with my vette is to turn the bluetooth off and on while the radio is on. I still can't get it to just work every time though.
