Deleting Email off of the phone from my CPU....
Is this possible? I have tried and have had no luck.
I regulary delete my emails off of the phone, when they are deleted they go into the trash folder. Well I didn't stay on top of things and I let the emails build up and now there are 4500 + emails in the trash folder.
When I select them all it takes forever, once that's done I hit delete and the phone basically in non-functional. Sometimes I get a force close screen.
Also the only way I know to connect with the phone is via USB from the CPU to pull photos and such off of the phone. I do not have any software of my CPU for the phone and I do not download stuff back-n-fourth.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

First if all you want to do is delete items from your phone memory try smaller batches. 4500 is excessive and I'm not surprised that your getting fc's with that much data.
Second if you are also trying to delete one inbox and affect the other, Maildroid has a setting for that, and I believe the stock mail app does as well. In Maildroid you have to go into each account's options and choose if you want save sent messages to the phone or sever, and if you want messages deleted from one or both when deleted from the other.
I don't know of a way to do this via tether.
Reply with more information if this does not help.
