    Phone will NOT charge, help!!

    After replacing my screen today and everything, all was working well. I just plugged in a new usb cable that i ordered with the screen to charge it up, and I noticed the percentage didn't seem to be changing. Frustrated, I figured I got a bad cord. Next, I plugged in my original usb cord. The percentage WILL NOT go up! Data works fine. When I plug in a computer, it asks if I Want to do charge only or mount it. The orange light on top of the phone is on. The battery icon in the notification bar is moving as if it's charging. But it seems to be staying at 24%. HELP

    ...And now after rebooting my phone, it says it's at 62%?
