HTC White screen And loading

When I use the home button to get back to my home screen the white HTC screen comes up and a dialog box that says it's loading this lasts for 10-15 seconds then my home screen appears. this just started happening and I was wondering what might be going on. Any help is greatly appreciated

We need more information. Are you rooted or running stock Froyo? If rooted, which ROM are you running?

not rooted and I am running stock froyo

Have you done a factory reset yet?

I think this happens when sense crashes. It's happened on mine a few times. A re boot seems to help mine.

No, but discovered the culprit. I was running advanced task killer and when I removed that app the problem disappeared. Thank you so much for your time and consideration, this forum is a real pleasure to be a small part of. Again thank you

Another reason why task killers are not good.

Yeah. I use watch dog.

I heard a Verizon sales goon in store, installed advanced task killer on peoples phones at the point of sale. making people lose confidence in Android imo.
