Deleting factory installed "Groups" / Backup Assistant

    Deleting factory installed "Groups" / Backup Assistant

    Hi...

    Was wondering if there is any way to delete the factory installed "Groups" from the phone? I would like to remove "Co-workers," "Favorites," "VIP."

    Also, is there any way to stop Backup Assistant from syncing? I use Google contacts and find it much more user friendly than Verizon's Backup Assistant.

    Any input and suggestions are much appreciated.
