Help: noob stuck right after incredible boot screen

I just got my incredible and it was on 2.2 stock and I rooted it with unrevoked evo3 and tried to install a theme from ROM manager and it got stuck booting its just a black screen with a white stripe down both sides. I can get to the menu from turning it on while holding the volume down but from there I cant do anything that will actually get it to boot.

it is rooted on 2.2 radio-2.15.00.07.28

Same thing happened to me only time I used Rom manager. U have to reload your recovery menu by formatting your member card in FAT32 ( its not fat32 stock) ( DO NOT FORGET TO MOVE YOUR BACKUPS OFF THE MEMCARD B4 U FORMAT!!)then put the zip file you used with unrevoked (it says pb31img and some other things I 4get what) in the root of the card an open the h-boot (the menu u get to by passing the power an vol down button)
an rename it pb31img. When u load the h-boot it should ask u if u want to run the file allow and when its done you'll be able to open recovery and restore a backup.

Ps I haven't tried to use Rom manager to install anything since then. I just download the roms to my SD card an install using the recovery menu

im not sure what zip file youre talking about. the actual application file of unrevoked?
