Contacts missing from "all contacts" list
At wits end... I sync my Incredible wirelessly to a Microsoft Exchange data server (email, calendar, and contacts). I do NOT want to go through Google Contacts.
When I run the "people" app and view "All Contacts", many of my outlook contacts are missing. I haven't been able to figure out any pattern. The "missing" ones are really there, because if I start dialing a number, the phone finds the contact and I can open it from the phone screen. The missing contacts do not appear in any of the groups in the group view.
I have deleted and re-synced, including deleting the cache and data for the contacts app, the people app, etc. The behavior is consistent: some contacts are just gone from the "all contacts" list in the people app.
ANY IDEAS?
Other minor issue: I still get reminders for Outlook calendar events that have been deleted, and do not appear in the Agenda app.

Not sure... two suggestions (which you may have already tried). For the Contacts... go into People, Menu, View and you'll see a list of the different contacts lists. You'll want to see that only the Exchange Active Sync list is checked. For the Calendar... go into Calendar, Menu, More, Calendars and - again - only the Exchange calendar should be checked. In both cases... it sounds like you might have contacts and events on more than one list and you need to delete those lists and make sure all your contacts and all your events are only Exchange contacts and events. You can also see at the top of every contact and event detail page what "kind" of contact or event it is (be it exchange, google, PC sync, or other type). If this is not the problem... I'm not sure what to advise. Good luck.
