Doug's advice from the last thread you started a few days ago:
Backup your sd card and format it to fat32. Then try PB31IMG.zip. If you are on windows just rename it to PB31IMG and leave off the .zip and it will be done for you.
Will add a link to that file in just a minute- need to find it again.

Doug, can you please post the link? Will take me a minute to go back and look for it but I know you know exactly where it is.

You rock. Weezy, that should be all there is to it. Anything unclear?
-
Weezy, we would really appreciate an update. It's tough for us when someone asks for help and then disappears because we wonder how everything is going until we hear back.
-
Sorry everyone for the lateness of this response. Have been out scouting / working.
I am having no luck just downloading the link. Downloaded it 3 times. Keep getting either "please insert the last disk of the multi-volume set and click ok to continue" or "no files to extract."
i give up.
-
Hey there buddy. You don't extract this file leave it as a .zip but rename it so it is "PB31IMG" Then put on your sd card not in any folders.(Make sure it is formatted to fat32)
Once you get that far come back and we will get you further.

ok...
i have formatted my sd card on my phone to fat32
i downloaded the "build-3.21.605.1-release-143351-baseband-2.15.00.07.28-hboot-0.92.0000_PB31IMG.zip" file onto my desktop.
i renamed this folder pb31img.
i placed pb31img into my "f: drive" as opposed to my "e: drive"; apparently i have 2 drives, an e: & f:
in my f: drive of the phone, i see the pb31img folder with a "zipper"
hopefully i have done this correctly so far.

Don't mean to butt in but renaming the drive for your SD card might clear up confusion in the future.
