Are you running a PC or mac?
Oh so sorry about that. I am running a PC (Windows XP SP3)
Taco, I saw that you're now online...
Somebody, we'll get you help within a few minutes.
Are you using the cable that came with the phone? I've tried several but the stock one is the only one that allows me to access the card.
Please make sure it is not showing up in your "computer"/"my computer" drive section on your computer. There is not always a pop up saying the phones is connected. Also, when you select disk drive you are hitting save at the bottom? I know...dumb question...but I have to throw it out there.
Ok first of all, thanks to everyone for posting suggestions!!! I did find out what the problem was and the solution: I had V-Cast Media Manager installed, after reading a thread on another forum from rjButler82 i'm all good. Uninstall V-Cast Media Manager, rebbot computer with phone plugged in (not sure if this is a must), and POOF! I mount the SD and I'm on the up & up.
Dang....Glad you got it to work, but I was just about to ask if you installed the Verizon crap. That media manager can cause a lot of issues.
Yeah it has consumed most of my work day..... lol good thing I'm the boss!!!
