Where are the SD Card Apps stored?

Hi,

I'm just wondering, when I move an app from internal storage to the SD Card, where specifically do they live? I've tried searching by app name, but I'm coming up empty.

I believe they get stored in
sdcard/android/data
but don't quote me on that

I found it on another forum. It's actually in a folder on the sdcard called .android_secure and I believe you'd have to use the adb shell from the android sdk to access/see it. Regular file browsers won't show them.

Yep it shows the .android_secure directory but (at least on my ROM) NOT the apps in it. Just shows as "(Directory is empty)"
That's what I was referring to about file browsers not showing.

I see something similar to what Casbah sees. I have the .android_secure directory but it's reported as empty in Astro explorer.
