Installed 16 gig card in Incredible...have issues...HELP!

Can't seem to drag and drop stuff in and have it show up on Incredible....file shows it is in on my mac in the 16 gig folder....but nothing in phone.

What am I doing wrong???

Are you trying to check the phone while it's still plugged in to your mac?

No....once I drag and drop I go to Phone after logging off and it isn't on phone??

Where'd you get it? if you got the card from eBay, then it might not be a 16gig card.

It is real and it does say 16 gig of memory on the icon when I plug it in.....anyone else?

I'd try to reformat the card in the phone. Perhaps the card is formatted in a file system other than the one recognized by the phone. Check what file system your previous card was formatted as.

You need to format it to Fat32

Yeah but the weird thing is I can get it to apply stuff to it via Doubletwist but not direct drag and drop. I hated Doubletwist and took it off. Why would this be?

that doesn't necessarily mean it's real. the fake 32gb card I got off eBay said 32gb, but when I tried to load it with files, they wouldn't show up. Did you get it from eBay?

Yes but seller looks reputable....I knew there were fakes out there...so I searched on Ebay for a good reviewed seller.
