    can't mount phone to PC since upgrade

    Since upgrade I can't mount phone to my PC. No notification comes out and if i set phone setting to disk drive, 2 drives come out under my computer, and when i click on the drive it says i need to insert disc. Any ideas how to fix? Also, multiple programs are opening when i turn on phone even if i don't open them. Already have ATK but programs (Skype, news, stocks, amazon mp3, gmail) still open everytime I use phone. Anyone know how to fix? Any help would be appreciated.
