Hello Noob here and i have allot of questions

first of all i just got my dinc and i used unrevoked to root it
seemed to work fine

All i want is to be able to do is tether my laptop and use the led as flash light everything else would be gravy. I like the idea of hulu but thats another story

1.anyway here is where i am at I understand that froyo is update for the 2.1
and it is supposed to make dinc faster and such plus it comes with led flashlight app installed. now i understand there is a thing called skyraider it is a rom which you can load instead of original stock rom i guess? am i right here. should i factory restore my dinc to get the froyo ota update or should i wait and load skyraider instead. how ever you think i should go please provide a link or instructions.

2.what are these custom roms and which is the best or most used/stable

3.should i over clock is it worth the hassle? will it kill my battery?

4.it seems since i rooted my wireless signal rarely gets above 2 bars

5.everything is reversable right except if you brick then ur sol

6.what is s-0ff or on whats that

7.what is the best place to get apps

8.where is all the work getting done at the phone level or the sd card

9.should i use unrevoked forever what is it and why should i use it

10. can i just remove the sd card? do i need it and the files that are on it how does it fit into the picture

there it is any replies would be appreciated. Not affraid to get hands dirty im pretty good with cli windows or what ever.
