Gmail Password Change

    Gmail Password Change

    I had to change the password to my gmail account, and haven't been able to figure out how to update the password on my Incredible so that my gmail updates. Does anybody know how to do this?

    Everything I read says when it checks the mail it should prompt you to enter the new password.

    On the Settings/Accounts tab, I get the message that "Synch is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." This has been the message since the password was changed.

    Ok go into your phone settings>applications>manage apps and look for gmail. force stop it then clear data. Open up gmail and see if it prompts for password then.

    I believe you have to choose Market and it will prompt you for the new pwd. I don't know of any other way.
